In individual sessions and workshops, I successfully helped hundreds of people overcome daily anxiety and panic attacks. I teach powerful techniques that can be utilized anywhere, anytime giving immediate results. I have studied a variety of energetic modalities, integrating alternative healing traditions into my practice. Along with working with individuals, couples and families for more than 20 years, I have also taught workshops on spirituality, overcoming anxiety, stress management, relationships, post-traumatic stress, and other issues.
