In individual sessions and workshops, I successfully helped hundreds of people overcome daily anxiety and panic attacks. I teach powerful techniques that can be utilized anywhere, anytime giving immediate results. I have studied a variety of energetic modalities, integrating alternative healing traditions into my practice.
