Adapting to stressors without engaging in negative reactions (e.g., shutting down, alcohol over-use, arguing, yelling, or "freaking out"), can feel frustrating and sometimes impossible.
I help women move forward after desired or unexpected life events, such as a break-up, move to LA, job transition, failure, trauma, or the loss of a loved one. I will guide you through healthier, authentic choices, and safely lead you to discover and develop into your best self.
Our focus will be learning to overcome/manage: loneliness, depression, anxiety, anger, conflict, self-defeating/irrational thoughts/behaviors, trauma, and/or grief. I will support you with specific strategies like: thought/behavior adjustments, pattern-breaking, balancing, effective coping skills, and humor.
