About Me

In 34 years of experience as a psychotherapist, I have learned that the most valuable thing I can do is to help my clients to accept themselves for whatever feelings and thoughts they have. I think self-rejection is the biggest block to healing. I also regard spirituality as an integral part of healing in psychotherapy. I do not use any particular theoretical framework (though I have many at my disposal), but tailor my approach to each individual's needs. My sessions are lively and interactive, and I believe that humor is an integral part of the healing process
